Rick Park, Estimator
Rick's background includes thirty-five years of continual experience in the construction industry, including twenty years experience as a laborer foreman.  Rick is charged with estimating construction costs and providing value engineering functions through the design and pre-construction phases.  He maintains close contact with subcontractors and material suppliers.

Dan Heidenreich, Project Manager
Dan is responsible for all project management functions.  He brings twenty-two years of continual experience in the construction industry to his position.  He works in conjunction with the field superintendent to coordinate schedules, determine contract coverage, review shop drawing for approval, and he coordinates the construction phase through his on-site, regular scheduled meetings.  

Randy Hormann, Field Manager
Randy has been active in the construction field for twenty-seven years.  He has been a licensed superintendent and field manager for eighteen years and brings a wealth of experience in project management and general construction practices.  Randy is responsible with direct supervision of all field construction activity.
